It also sets conditions like prohibiting export for military/defense purposes, requiring modifications to be publicly released or paid for, and banning training of machine learning models without releasing the resulting model under the same terms. I've got a ton of respect for Bruce but if you were thinking about adopting something like this you would be better off hiring a lawyer to write something more specific on your behalf. We've had Free as in beer... Free as in speech.... and now Free as in a large legal team.

Has anyone been playing around with Air Chat? I'm a huge audio/podcast guy so assumed I would enjoy it, but the short clips and responses don't end up translating into an actual conversation. Finding the context and flow to be disorienting. Seeing a nostr screenshot was a pleasant suprise though.

You should just assume there are already multiple companies on nostr harvesting npubs and building audience panels to monetize the data.
