Into the Kaleidoscope Through all the filters, all the lenses, countless combinations: distorted by trauma, and by happiness. The mind tries to control, to know all possible outcomes.     silly goose—impossible!     a futile effort to control.     yet it tries,     again and again to understand. In fleeting moments the mind releases, grip softening, letting go, opening slowly— magic occurs. Through the connected fibers, energies weaving, flowing, ebbing, always moving, a silence is heard. Soft, faint, quiet, within— a whisper. And the mind relaxes, for a moment, in the here & now.
