Managed to do around 24 hours this time, so essentially 2 meals close in time yesterday. Its a bit improvised this time, so a problem was sleeplessness from the energy rush in the evening... Still getting back into IF and maybe a fast again. We'll have to see, I do these things according to circumstances and what I feel is good for the body. 6+ years of this has certainly yielded results, it might literally have saved me :-)

Browsed through the hellscape of Linkedin this morning, its fucking scary to see how many of my old contacts are letting themselves be gobbled up by AI... Forget about M & A, financialization and other horrible processes, this is total mayhem! Yet I'll have to start using these tools myself, but with a plan and in extremely stubborn ways... At least there is nano-gpt.com that is as anonymous as realistically possible, especially when you can fund it using Lightning and even Monero :-)
