Woo stuff: I haven't seen any ghosts, but I've heard a ghost couple conversing twice. Non-dual consciousness can be experienced, for days on end and in a very sane & efficient way, that I have know from experience. Not only are archetypes real, its possible to meet deities within ones mindstream... Reincarnation memories can map to historical facts, that I have experienced. Telepathy is definitely a thing, and especially our cats and our dog have some capabilities. Predicting the future is HARD, but sometimes doable. The mind can travel anywhere, that I discovered when I suddenly was in orbit around Saturn once, before I knew about remote viewing. I have NOT seen any UFOs, but an interdimensional alien might have crossed my path once... Now the question is: should I turn these things into content? ;-)

What unrestricted, ideally decentralized video sharing platforms WORK? I've been through this too many times, I want to use platforms like zap.stream or 3speak, but they are just too buggy... For a while I've used Bitchute simply because it sort of works and I know they are brave and on the right side of history, but its not decentralized. Without a smooth workflow that is on really decentralized platforms I'll just end up using Rumble or even Youtube. The plan is to include those, but I want my default and first priority to be right! #asknostr

Uploading videos on uncensored platforms is at the very least cumbersome... I've used Bitchute for a while simply because it sort of works, but ultimately I'd like to use things like zap.stream or 3speak as my first choice. Today I tested Brighteon, and that seems to have worked well!

Managed to do around 24 hours this time, so essentially 2 meals close in time yesterday. Its a bit improvised this time, so a problem was sleeplessness from the energy rush in the evening... Still getting back into IF and maybe a fast again. We'll have to see, I do these things according to circumstances and what I feel is good for the body. 6+ years of this has certainly yielded results, it might literally have saved me :-)
