The GM is allowing the legacy weapon rules & has gramps sword he is hesitant to use.
Instead he disarms while unarmed and uses the bad guys weapon instead.

11 transports to the ER, only two did not get put in the overcrowded waiting room.
What a poorly thought out plan.
Guess the answer is for the other side to buy twice as much. One day won’t even be noticed.

The SuperBowl proves it.
We normally have an average of 18 calls an hour, but in the game time there were 8 for the entire game. (Then 28 in 30 min)
