Why did I join Threads and BlueSky?
As you all know, I voted Republican and campaigned for republicans this past year.
Well, I want to make my political stances clear. I am not left leaning. I am not right leaning. I’m a libertarian-leaning independent. I am not beholden to a single party.
I voted for and campaigned for Donald Trump in 2024. While I’m not happy with the administration’s performance on certain issues thus far - specifically as it relates to Foreign Policy, I do still support many aspects of it.
I’m here to have open discussion and share my thoughts. I hope we can all have conversations that are civil, fair, and expose each other different thought processes. I am NOT here to debate anyone.
The truth and what’s right are often-times somewhere in the middle. I’m engaging on both sides in hopes that collectively, we may find more in common than not.
I hope this shift in mindset will be welcomed here, as I will be welcoming to all of you.
