Having a separate phone helps oodles. Nobody outside my closest circle gets onto my Zen phone as I call it. The one that is with me all the time. Misuse that privilege and you will get just 1 heads up. After that you will go back to the general phone. That phone is only on during working hours. The rest of the time it's on complete silent mode. Not even vibrate. My rule is: forwards, memes, videos, bullshit, just send that to my general phone. The zen phone is for direct personal messages and calls only. Try it.

Being plant based takes a lot of discipline. Hodling takes lots of discipline. Have you got the discipline? I bet you 90% of you cannot go even 1 week being plant based. Try it and then translate that power to HODLing. It is hard until it isn't.
