Still a ways to go, but head shape and beard shape looking good, and I'm definitely improving on eyes and ears, depth of nose and eyes on face etc. Proportions all done by eye... )))

Comparison and progression? between my woodcarvings of Saifedean Ammous attempt no.1 on the left and attempt no.2 on the right....
2nd attempt at wood carving Saifedean Ammous....still not happy
Meh not the happiest with this effort if I'm honest....it's @saifedean and potentially better than version #1 but meh...feeling deflated

I hope I can get these aluminium wire glasses to work ...just difficult with only one thumb...might have to wait until it heals or rip the plaster off and YOLO it!
