Windshield wipers stopped working on my Chevy Impala. Took it apart and found out the linkage on the wiper motor popped off. I was able to pop it back on and works fine. Only had to make minor adjustments to wiper blade arm angle. If I could do it over, I would’ve marked the wiper location on the windshield prior to disassembly. #grownostr #carrepairs

This week I met with a sales engineer about a design concept I’ve been working with their firm over the past 6 months. After several iterations to reduce cost, I was still unable to justify the cost to my management team. However, he shared they were able to take the design concept and use it in other industry applications and are currently building parts for those customers. He thanked me and gave me some credit for helping them develop the product. This is the first time in my career receiving feedback how I indirectly provided value.
