Dear Zooastrians: I will be performing database maintenance tasks over the next week. I will do my best to avoid down time again by performing the tasks in small batches, but I can't guarantee that the database won't lock, causing things like posts to be delayed. I did some testing this afternoon, and sometimes locks are occurring and sometimes they are not, though it doesn't seem to be based on the type or size of the query. If they do occur, they will be of short duration, a minute or so. Thanks for your patience.
