i dont really understand how taproot assets work, i wonder if Tether will be able to "prove" to the US regulators that the coins on the lightning network are compliant with standards/AML stuff. If taproot assets have similar privacy to lightning, i don't see how that can be the case. Wouldnt be shocked if "regulatory clarity" and pressure from the feds would make them stop.
