We know already that walking is one of the best exercise that we should do especially to those people who are struggling stress.
And also those people who are getting older like me that slowly accumulating belly fatsπ
, this is also the best exercise for it.
That is why I chose this as my hobby to do every my vacant time before work or after work sometimes.
