I’m very bearish on the majority of humanity but bullish on the performant minority. If we can continue to develop tech / encryption / global comms then regrouping and forming independent strongholds where freedom and rationality prevail may be possible in the coming decades. Governments are losing power fast and performant individuals are gaining an unprecedented ability to physically enforce their own sovereignty. Extrapolate these trends out some decades and new paradigms for humanity may be possible. Stay frosty.

There is no doubt I feel worse in the fall / winter months living so far north. Sunset is before 5 pm and it’s constantly overcast. The physiological reality is humans are not suppose to live so far north. For optimal health and hormone function humans shouldn’t live north of the 37th parallel.

Ordered a DJI Action 6 yesterday. Anybody have one? They look extremely performant for the cost. Going to document my travels a bit more extensively going forward. Will be nice to have mini-movies of my trips for later in life and I have always loved making media. Just got away from the hobby as an adult. A month in Argentina & Paraguay just a few weeks out…

There is a large group of U.S. adults who will vote for and philosophically defend the position that theft from productive members of society and businesses should be enforced by the state and that plundered wealth be reallocated to provide free housing and “harm reduction” to homeless criminal drug addicts. Truly insane and unbelievable.
