Being “hangry” is the beginning of withdrawals for exogenous glucose. Modernity has created a euphemism for the withdrawal symptom so it doesn’t seem so undignified.

Those who have already put in the work to become fat adapted exist in a state much more conducive to survival.
Fasting when fat-adapted is easy bc your body can already utilize stored fat as an energy source with nearly 100% efficiency.
You’re also not dependent on exogenous glucose for energy so you never crash, become weak and remain withdrawal free.
The fat-adapted individual needs substantially less water daily which is another huge plus in an emergency or survival situation.

The average normal is sure that governments must regulate and control multinational corporations.
They fail to understand multinationals would not exist without nation states.
Regulatory and regulator capture, favorable legal and tax status, cheap / easy credit, police / military / judicial protections and fiat arbitrage all make the modern monolithic corporation what it is today.
Without those protectionist elements they would never be able to grow to the size and strength they’ve achieved in modern times.
First principles will remedy the individual of propaganda every time.
