Taxes are literally an infringement of all three of these supposed rights.
Life: thousands of life-hours stolen from each person.
Liberty: forced servitude to government directly proportional to tax rate.
Happiness: having life-hours taken under threat of force is guaranteed to negatively impact happiness.
The Declaration of Independence and the bill of rights are purely propaganda at this point. Have been for more than a century at least.

The pain I feel in the gym is disproportionately small compared to the good feels I have outside of the gym.
