#AnimeThreads The continued failure to produce a proper anime adaptation of Berserk(arguably the greatest manga of all time) needs to be studied. It’s incredibly rare for a manga to reach the level of success Berserk has without a top-notch adaptation. Following the recent anime announcement, I am now reading Ryosuke Takeuchi's “All You Need Is Kill” manga, and it’s been great. The 2014 movie “Edge of Tomorrow” is an adaptation of this book so if you know the movie you have an idea of the general plot, but note that there are major Character, Theme, and Combat Suit design differences with both adaptations having very different endings, which makes the manga very worth the read. For those who don't know the movie, the plot details are below.

My favourite Ghibli movie “Princess Mononoke” is getting a 4k restoration. It follows A prince who kills a gigantic demon boar to protect his village but is cursed in the process. Exiled to the west, he seeks a way to break the curse, which grants him superhuman strength. His journey leads him to San, a forest girl raised by wolves, and Lady Ebisu, who deforests the area to mass-produce iron. The conflict between them is the cause of the prince's condition.
