How does any BTC security (i.e. multi sig, custodial, insurance etc.) prevent the violent part of a $5 wrench attack?.. if you can’t give them the BTC, they will likely hurt you. If you do give them the BTC, they will still likely hurt you. I think a lot of the fear is driven by Bitcoin companies trying to validate their existence
