Only Squares newest hardware has all the latest bitcoin options like the customer facing screen and ₿ toggle and nfc tap to pay w/ compatible wallets like @Minibits
My older hardware has Bitcoin payments ( which are all default lightning ) but I had to enable them. As a result under the payment options screen there is a Bitcoin tab and it presents a qr code.
If the merchant has the older ipad swivel hardware and did not enable payments yet that option won't be present.

The insane Food Safety and Modernization Act puts massive burdens on small farms to document and have written procedures about handwashing, bathrooms and harvest equipment cleaning. All common sense to a local quality producer. I am expected as a single farmer to meet the same requirements as a multi national conglomerate. But guess what, it is never a small farm that people get sick from. Besides my blast radious is my town not the entire country. Small farms matter and are far safer than a giant corpo manufacturer of "food".
