For those with spine problems: *Make sure your bed and pillow are comfortable and suit your needs. *Eat healthy it really is important. Proper diet-less inflammation. *plank- it helps immensely. It works on your core and makes those muscles around your spine strong. *if you are prescribed with nerve painkillers. Help yourself and take them. I am not a big believer in pharma but there are few types of meds that do work.
