Fitness made simple: 🏋🏻‍♂️ lifting weights: going above 80% in 6-10 sets (will explain below) 🚶🏽moderately active throughout the day (10-12k steps) 🥩 160-200g ruminant protein daily (2lbs of 85/15 gbeef will do the job) 🥕 prioritize single-ingredient high-quality foods (potatoes, carrots, eggs, butter, fruits, honey). ☀️ sunlight on eyes and skin first thing in the morning

this may be obvious to some but i’ll say it anyways: fitness for daily life is wayyyy different than fitness for athletes

Working hard and working smart both have a pre-requisite called work.

next time someone asks if you’ve sold or cashed in any gains from bitcoin, ask them back if they plan to sell their dollars for Venezuelan pesos.

Looking to send btc to young athletes at my summer tennis camp as a reward for hitting targets on the court: what wallet app should i have them download? keep in mind these are 14-16 year old athletes

To me, the biggest lesson I learned this past couple years is not inflation, theft, or even the conspiracies. Rather, who decides what money is? The answer to that is YOU. All of us. Individuals. If I want to use chocolate chips as money, I can. I don't need the central bank of chocolate chips' permission, or their interest rates, or policies. I just need to find someone willing to take chocolate chips at a payment for their product/services. Preferably, do not use things that can melt away like chocolate chips, ice cubes, dollars... I recommend bitcoin.

GM Nostr ☀️ Spend some time outside Walk and/or lift some weights Make someone’s day better

Energy is contagious. If you spend your morning reading about how the government's newest restrictive measures, you will likely feel less hopeful about the rest of your day/week/life. If you spend your morning reading a book, or took a walk outside (sunlight, fresh air and birds chirping...), you will likely feel more hopeful, exude more joy and love. Consume what fuels joy, and you will share joy with others around you.

Took a short hiatus from the pull ups and the steps this weekend. The pull ups were my way to stay committed during a hectic time in the middle of moving states, juggling multiple jobs, etc. I'm grateful to have stayed the course. Without the pull ups, and the daily steps, I would likely have lost most of the fitness I spent months/years acquiring, and may have picked up some nasty habits in parallel... This weekend, I started working on project that I hope to bring to the athletes I coach by the end of the month. I've always considered myself lucky to have learned from some of the best (coaches, teachers, mentors) and have wanted to share the tools and methods they taught me. I felt inspired to share some of these methods with people around me. Tennis athletes in particular, but also young athletes in other sports, or regular gym-goers who want to build more than "all show, no-go" bodies. There's never been a better time to build these tools and share them for the world to use. I love Nostr. The internet is beautiful. You can just build things. Onward!

GM Nostr ☀️ August is here. A habit I’d like to learn and carry with me long term is reading every day. Consistently. No matter what. 10 pages a day seems like a good place to start. Day 1 ✅
