So I’ve been seeing a lot of people talk about UTXO management and consolidating UTXOs and I have no idea what any of this is. Can someone please explain.

I’m at a point where if someone try to talk to me about bitcoin and they own crypto I just walk away from the conversation. They will find bitcoin on their own. Also all crypto investors seem to only think of price in term of few months where I’m talking about price in 10-20 years and we just end up talking about two different things.
