Let the Gateway laptop reset overnight to give it a fresh reinstall. Even with that done it seems that Windows 10 is too much for the poor system to handle. (originally had Windows 7 installed) Definitely will go the Linux route, but what flavor…..🤔
Was able to convince my bro to allow me to take “MM” to the bday celebration since his family couldn’t make it, plus she did want to spend time with her cousin. She glomped on me at first but eventually joined in on the fun. 😊
Today was nephew bday celebration. Set up his gift, updated/charged/apps downloaded & installed. Wrapped it nice and had him open it last. He loved it and immediately used it once he got home from the party. Evil Uncle FTW. 😈

My old friend also returned a laptop I let him borrow when he was in need for a PC. I’m going to reset it to see how it handles but more than likely will install a different flavor of Linux on it for “experimentation”. 😈

The bday gift for one of “Teh Nephews” made it in. Got it set up for him to use out of the box. It’s not powerful enough to run something like Fortnite but any other mobile game should work for him overall. Hope he likes it. #gamer #gaming #videogames #vidyagames
