I love the process of digging and finding interesting people on #nostr. Everyday I set my goal to follow three new profiles. I love letting my curiosity guide me towards what I find interesting. On most days I post a from @Damus Then, for fun I switch to @primal and post another. Then I switch devices entirely and post from @Amethyst. Then I open @Fountain or @Wavlake and zap my favorite songs and podcasts. If I’m really feeling it, I’ll share them on my #nostr feed. All under cryptographically signed and published under my npub. After each Bitcoin conference, as the main stage clears out I usually take a few minutes to chat with the cleaning staff to ask them if they learned anything over the course of two days. Because they find themselves in the room somewhat by chance and not by choice, it’s a great opportunity for them to start their journey learning about Bitcoin. Yesterday, a lady told me “I actually did learn something. Someone on stage mentioned a 401K and how Bitcoin is a better saving vehicle. That got my attention, I’m gonna look into it” Another one told me “I always see the Bitcoin icon in my Cash App but I never know what to do… is it a stock?”I helped clear that up for her. Bitcoin 2024 was far from perfect, but if just for these two ladies, it was all worth it 🧡
