Work from home just means play with Microsoft office and make things harder for field workers for 8 hours a day.
The best way to combat high inflation is through high productivity. The most direct road to high productivity is through clear financial incentives. Changing the location of the goal posts is what is killing productivity, Bitcoin is the only money that doesn't do that.
