Over the past few weeks Kori has been making paracord dog leashes, and they’ve turned out awesome.
This started because we wanted something stronger and better than the cheap store leashes — especially for big dogs.
These are handmade here in Tennessee and built to last.
Each leash is:
• 5 feet long for good control
• Made from over 100 feet of 7-strand 550 paracord
• Dual handle design
– Standard handle
– Traffic handle 3" from the clip for close control
• Heavy-duty locking aluminum clip rated for 1100 lb static load
• Washable and weather resistant
They’ve been tested for years with giant breeds like St. Bernards and Great Danes, so they can handle some serious pulling.

What a wild week in the ice storm. Got power back and the computer is back on.
6 days stuck at the RV. Made it out to town a couple miles away yesterday. Hopefully today I can make it the 20 miles to the end of our easement road.
I know that is impassable at the moment so I will either hike back the 1/2mile to assess how many trees are across the road and how our cabins and sheds held up. The road in is all hills and sounds like it is still covered by an inch of ice. Considering flying the drone back if walking seems sketchy on the first hill.
Hopefully we have no or minimal damage to any of our structures or supplies we have out there.
