In Germany in the late 1800's they set Up a national construction industry insurance and health and safety training scheme because the owners were losing too many workers in accidents. Visionary and great idea, based on my experience.
coracle.social client seems to have an excellent approach to onboarding with the invite option- make your own list of followers, and suggested relays.
The relays option is pertinent now I understand a bit more about the importance of coordinating relays, INBOX and OUTBOX for keeping up better with followers.

#asknostr In my attempt to purplepill other painters and decorators, I'm looking at reasons why they might not be convinced about Nostr.
One element is the difficulty keeping abreast of what my followers post. It feels so hit and miss. Am I right in thinking this is down to relays?
If so, if I set Up a relay and make sure It is in the suggested relay list given to anyone I "sign Up", would that solve the issue, keeping us all on the same Page so to speak.
If so, whats the BEST approach. If not, same question :)
In the mid 80s I was #painting council houses, £30 to prepare, undercoat and gloss all outside Windows, on 2 storey houses, incl fascias, front and back, 3 doors. Crazy low rates even back then. Managed to complete 2 every 2 days.
BEST training ever for speeding Up my brush work. That paid dividends when working on more prestigious Jobs commanding high rates.. #silverlinings
