Sometimes I'm amazed how many of my thoughts are not my own. When I stop and ask why I believe a certain thing, it's often because of something I heard from a person I trusted. Nothing more. Our thoughts and beliefs can be influenced so easily.

Why do finance people feel the need to say "Look, ..." during interviews? And wouldn't it be more appropriate to say "Listen, ..."? Both make me cringe.

I recently put down a deposit for half a cow for the first time ever. Feels good to ditch factory farming and support a local farmer directly. I can literally see the cows in the field eating grass and living a good life, not penned up in a feed lot. #carnivore
