This new wave of spam is quite disgusting. There is a lot more relays in particular should do to prevent giving out free storage and users attention to anyone who's asking. To limit throughput, either ask for payment (ecash) or social proof (wot). After removing 99.9% of shit, then do content analysis on what you store.
