What implementations of Bitcoin could a government/entity use as #Softwar?
It's difficult thinking of methods where two entities would compete for Bitcoin hash and resolve conflict over cyberspace.
Maybe you need to present a receipt of personally solving a block, less than 30 days old, to get access to a US Government data server.
