#Signal regarding the signal "#breach" by #intel471 Signal's CEO: "PSA: This is disingenuous marketing. Signal chats can’t be ‘monitored’ by anyone not in those chats. Dressing up “joining groups via publicly posted links, then exfiltrating group data” as an offensive ‘cybercapability’ borders on misinfo, and confuses/scares ppl who rely on Signal for robust privacy."

Hey guys, what's your #2mileruntime? In snow boots. And ski pants. In the hills. With a foot of snow? If you can't sustain a decent pace for 2 miles in your local terrain, you're weak. Be better.

And this is precisely why #Strike by @jack mallers is a joke and a toy. If I got "paid in BTC"(TM) yesterday, amd need to gas up today, guess who just experienced a 9% devaluation of his curency in 24 hours? Well not me, 'cause I don't use Strike, but you get my drift. Strike will be relevant when it's no longer needed, i.e., when we don't need to convert from fiat to btc to fiat for the staples we purchase. Using Strike isn't living on a bitcoin standard. On a positive note, enjoy the cheap sats!

Grateful for patient teachers, Godly friends who proactively hold me accountable, and a pastor who shepherds well. #gratitude2025

"Our picture of the underground church owes more to imagination than reality. As a result we can’t imagine preparing to join it. When we hear the phrase “underground church” we imagine a ragtag band in hiding, moving about furtively in darkness to evade detection by a mighty power capable of destroying it. We envision people sneaking out of their homes to attend worship services in the forest, or whispering hymns and reading the Bible by candlelight under blankets in their homes. These images are not total fabrications. But neither is the underground church defined by its ragtaggedness, its furtiveness, or its proximity to destruction. The underground church does not owe its existence to persecution at all. Persecution only reveals the underground church; it cannot create it. The underground church is the indissoluble structure of Christ’s work that is revealed when the public church can no longer sustain itself, either due to devastating attack or collapse from within. It is revealed under such circumstances, but it is created when Christians jointly submit to the Lord’s summons, “Except a grain of wheat fall into the earth and die, it abideth by itself alone; but if it die, it beareth much fruit.”"
