Blocking someone for calling out your exploitative behavior is such a weak move. Running from accountability is childish AF and anyone funding the endeavors of such people should be ashamed. Especially, when they moved to a developing nation under the rouse of having a passion for Bitcoin. I’ve learned a lot of these retreat hosts are fucking scammers… they are people that have moved here 🇸🇻 to take advantage of someone in one way or another. They want your fiat, sats, and your reverence in exchange for shit. Not all of them but enough are that it should be spoken about. Idc if I’m putting a target on my back... Truth is some folks who call themselves “bitcoiners” are wicked and they want to be masters, overlords, and gatekeepers. They aren’t coming into the bitcoin sphere to help anyone but themselves and their doing it at the costs of the good hearted or unsuspecting. Yes, it’s a persons responsibility to do the due diligence but when you build a profile to show life in another country… you’re presenting yourself as a resource. Scum. Let’s be clear: moving to a developing nation that’s overcoming feudalist governmental infrastructure and acting like you’re some sort of white knight makes you disgusting. You’re worse than southern plantation owners because you know better and are choosing to use a YouTube channel to force someone into subservience.
