Unprotected civilian rescues survivor trapped in very tall building

I want you to look the scene of this video: This is a stand run by a group of volunteers we're helping financially in Caracas. With our help, they bought this tent, radios, water, and food. They've been able to feed the rescuers in the area for two days with food, water, and juice. They also communicate with the rescuers via radio to find out what they need. In the last 24 hours, they've reported that they've been able to pull three people alive from the collapsed buildings on either side.

Something amazing is happening in the affected areas: Starlink antennas are playing a vital role! Volunteers are turning on the antennas without passwords, and some trapped people who still have their phones have managed to connect and let everyone know they're alive through the connection, whether by calling their relatives or even through TikTok live streams, as some people have expressed
