In Venezuela the health system is different from the rest of the world, the government boasts that it is free BUT that is not really the case. It is true that there are public hospitals and they do not charge you for attending to you BUT they are totally out of stock, they literally make you buy from papers for admission, cleaning gauze, needles, to the most advanced things such as operating room supplies, medicines, etc. which still ends up making it not so free, some things are very expensive And in addition to that, from the time you arrive at the hospital until you are treated and start some kind of diagnosis, many hours pass because the hospital is collapsed, there are many people and very few workers to attend to so many people. And because of the same issue of shortages, these public hospitals are in very bad condition and it is common for people to end up with serious and dangerous infections For all these reasons people avoid going to public hospitals, the alternatives are private clinics that are VERY expensive And here you can't go directly to have them attend to you and then send you the bill (as happens in the USA) So getting sick is a whole issue, the ideal would be to have health insurance with which medical expenses can be covered but not everyone has it (I don't have)

image a new set of photographs that I took in the metropolitan park of my city as part of the content dynamic where I approach strangers and ask them if I can take photographs. image On this occasion I want to show you the photographs I took of two girls who were walking with their dogs, to be honest what caught my attention the most was the beautiful white husky dog that had a long and beautiful coat, so I decided to approach them and ask if I could take photos of them and obviously they gave me their permission and we took these photos. The first thing I did was take a couple of photos of them together and with their pets. image And then the girls themselves asked me to take a photo of each of them with their pets, both girls had a lot of love for their dogs and both loved the photos! image And then it was her turn, first we took a standing photo with both dogs. image And then with her husky who was a bit difficult to control hahaha. image So I suggested that she could crouch down and hug him and the result was two very beautiful photos! #photography

image Greetings to all my friends in this beautiful community, today I am back with a new set of photographs that I took in the metropolitan park of my city as part of the content dynamic where I approach strangers and ask them if I can take photographs. image On this occasion I saw from afar a guy full of tattoos who was walking with a German Shepherd dog and the truth is that his style looked very cool, immediately I knew I could take some interesting photos so I decided to approach him and ask if he would like to participate in the dynamic and today I bring you the result here! image The guy told me that he didn't like the photo that much because he felt that he never looked good in photos, so I told him to trust my way of doing my art, that I would help him with the poses so that we would have a good result and so it was, all the time I was guiding him telling him what to do and we managed to take some very cool photos! image As you saw, first we took a couple of standing photos and then I told him that he could kneel and hug his dog with the hand that has the tattoos, the result was very cool. The guy was accompanied by his girlfriend and I asked her if I could take a photo of her with her mini pinscher dog and the photo was adorable! This dog was still a 4-month-old puppy and looked too adorable and tiny! I took all the photos with my Canon R8 camera, a 50mm lens at 2.2/f and only natural light. At the end of this "spontaneous photo session" we were all super happy with the results and I hope you like them as much as we do! #photography

image Greetings to all my friends in this beautiful community, today I want to share with you a new set of photographs that I took as part of my content dynamic where I approach strangers and ask them if I can take a couple of photos. On this occasion I want to share some photos I took of a girl who was with her mother in the park, from a distance I could see that they were taking photos together so I knew they would accept the dynamic and so it was, I started by taking a couple of photos of them together. image They were with their adorable pet so they wanted to include him in the photos. image Then I told them that I would take a couple of photos individually, I started by taking some photos of the mother, to my surprise she knew how to pose very well, she was very confident and photogenic! I suggested that we take these photos with the glasses. image And she told me she wanted to take a photo sitting with her pet. image And at this point it was the turn to take photos of the daughter, she was also very photogenic and looked good in all the photos! I didn't have to help her with the poses, she did very well in front of the camera! image I took all the photos with my Canon R8 camera, a 50mm lens and natural light. I hope you liked these photos as much as we did and thanks for everything! #photography

At 4 a.m. today, my girlfriend began experiencing severe pain; that was exactly when the biological process of expelling the baby started. She passed very large clots, and by around 6 a.m., the pain had become unbearable for her (even though she had taken two hyoscine pills for it). Just before 7 a.m., she started vomiting, and we had to call a nurse who lives in the same building. The nurse set up an IV line and administered saline solution, pain medication, and anti nausea medication. Despite this, her symptoms continued to worsen, and around 8 a.m., she experienced heavy bleeding; I had to call the doctor because her condition was rapidly deteriorating. image We rushed to the doctor's office and had to wait for the anesthesiologist to arrive. It was the longest wait of my life, seeing how terrible my girlfriend felt, she was pale, her blood pressure had dropped, and she was barely conscious. Finally, the anesthesiologist arrived; having the IV line already in place sped things up, and the doctor acted quickly to begin the D&C procedure. It lasted about 30 minutes, after which we were allowed back in to see her, by then, she was so exhausted that it was difficult to wake her from the anesthesia. image While we waited for her to wake up, she was given two bags of IV fluids for rehydration, as she had vomited more than 15 times. After another 30-minute wait, I paid the agreed upon ( $400) and the doctor gave us the prescriptions for my girlfriend's recovery (3 days of strict bed rest, plus antibiotics, a stomach protector, and painkillers). Finally, she was discharged and we were able to go home; she was still sedated and unable to walk, so we had to take her out in a wheelchair. image It was a painful process for her and a distressing one for everyone involved. Upon arriving home, she was still nauseous and vomited a couple more times, but then she fell asleep. It has been over five hours now; she is stable and able to speak without vomiting again. ---- Thanks for all the help you sent us I hope God, the universe, anything you believe bless you all πŸ™πŸ™

We just got back from the consultation, and it is100% confirmed the loss 😭😭 my girlfriend's body has already started the abortion process, the bleeding increased and the uterus dilated, the doctor told us that we have to wait until Friday for the next consultation where it will be seen if we have to do the already stipulated cleaning (with a cost of $400) or if it is necessary to do a more invasive process that deserves outpatient surgery (with a cost of $800) with the favor of God and how things are going it will be the easiest procedure And my girlfriend will be able to walk home and have a recovery of only 3 days Today he prescribed pain medication and antibiotics to prevent any infection (which is the main risk in this cases) Thank you for being with us and helping us in this very difficult situation Really, thank you πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ» image View quoted note β†’
