Sony gave very little other detail about the Project Q at its PlayStation Showcase announcement. We know it uses a 1080p LCD display running at 60fps, and it uses Wi-Fi to connect to a PS5. Running Android, though, means it should (and hopefully will?) be capable of much more.

Android 14 is finally getting support for satellite SMS with Pixel and Galaxy phones to be the first in line.

Based on a tweet by the Pixel #TeamPixel Twitter account, we are getting satellite SMS support with Android 14. Once the feature is finally out, it will start rolling out to supported Pixel and Galaxy phones.

In a tweet, the company announced ChatGPT for Android is rolling out next week without listing a specific day and linked to a preorder page in the Google Play Store where you can register to get it installed once the app is available.

The first Red Magic tablet features a 12.1 inch, 2560 x 1600 pixel display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, 240 Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 600 nits brightness as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and as passive “ICE Magic” cooling system that the company says helps keep the temperature low during gameplay. The tablet is up for pre-order in China with prices starting at 3,999 CNY (about $550.) While Nubia is putting an emphasis on the tablet’s gaming cred, it also just appears to offer a pretty good set of specs at a reasonably affordable price tag (at least when compared with Samsung’s flagship tablets).
