A question… Why does Apple allow direct Zapping of posts in @primal but not in @Damus ? Such a fundamental core feature of using #nostr

Would love an iPad version of Primal. The iPhone version of any app doesn’t really cut it for me on the iPad.

What to expect with the bitcoin halving tomorrow... Nothing. The halving will happen programatically behind the scenes but to anyone except the miners, there will be no obvious change. The miners will notice as the number of new bitcoins being minted will be cut in half from around 900 per day to 450 per day. That's all the halving is, a built in mechanism to slowly reducing the supply of new bitcoin by half every 4 years. It's also probable that the price will be unaffected, it might take weeks or even months before the halving impacts price positively. It may even go down tomorrow. But the halving is a huge change and an essential part of Bitcoins design. Just don't expect fireworks tomorrow.

Main takeaways from #BitcoinAtlantis Day 1 @andreloja and his team should be very proud on putting on a world class event from scratch @jackmallers session is a must see to appreciate the technical marvel that is Bitcoin It's very cool to pay everywhere in Bitcoin @saylor session gives me hope for the future. Despite first buying Bitcoin in 2017 and on and off since, the @jameslavish session scared the bejesus out of me and I realised I don't have enough bitcoin. FOMO is high. If you're still on zero, check out the James Lavish session today. Madeira is a beautiful place (but I knew that already) All of the sessions are available on YouTube youtube.com/live/SKAHlCpws… currently one big file but I'm sure they will chop it up and put the individual sessions up. Loved the @Michael Saylor analogy during his talk at #bitcoinAtlantis when he compared antibiotics being the solution for toxins in the blood, with #bitcoin being the solution for toxic money, the life blood of society. Powerful stuff.

So impressed with the @primal iOS app. Just went to the bar in #bitcoinatlantis and was told (for the1st time ever) “we only take Bitcoin”. Not unexpected but still mind blowing. Used Primal wallet for the first time with an external send. Worked flawlessly. Love the summary sheet as well.
