We were all collectively going through the same prison system.

It’s a shit experience but when they come back home they find themselves wanted to go back.

I enjoying running/jogging but even more with a dog or 2. The joy and pleasure they get from running compounds the satisfaction I feel from exercise.
So much so that I am less motivated to run unless I can bring a dogo me.
