Skill is important, but it’s not enough. Motivation is important, but it’s not enough. Planning and intention are important, but they’re not enough. Action is the only thing that moves you toward your goal.

What you actually do will always overshadow what you could have done.

Giving something you won’t get back to someone who never would have had it otherwise is far more rewarding than you’d ever think.

It feels nowadays like everyone everywhere is in a constant state of franticness. People are always rushing, always impatient, always competing with you regardless of whether there is actually anything to legitimately compete over. Zero-sum thinking in every situation has become the norm. People have little to no regard for others unless they can benefit from you, and they think only of their own personal gain regardless of the consequences to others. Simple kindness and putting someone else’s wellbeing before your own is so rare today that people get suspicious when they encounter it. They assume that you must have ulterior motives because they always ulterior motives. If you want to be revolutionary in 2026, be kind and build up the people around you.
