Wonderfully written. I think the whole DEI debate in general is overblown, (albeit needs addressing). What i found spectaculary fascinating was the tech bros arguing; if we don't allow a more expansive H-1B programme, then, that in itself is a form of DEI. These guys move goal posts every day.

Why let institutions snap up large quantities of Bitcoin early and fast, when you could delay the ETF approval and give us mere mortals a chance to accumulate while the market debated?
