Wonderfully written. I think the whole DEI debate in general is overblown, (albeit needs addressing). What i found spectaculary fascinating was the tech bros arguing; if we don't allow a more expansive H-1B programme, then, that in itself is a form of DEI. These guys move goal posts every day.
