Some of the most annoying and inconsiderate airbnb guests are the ones who turn the thermostat up to 24C 4 times a day. Literally smashing all the glasses in the kitchen would be less costly than this behaviour.

I’ve been running an Airbnb for 2yrs now. We bought 3 sets of laundry (sheets/towels etc) so there was always a spare set in case of accidents etc. The spare set is now entirely missing and we have less than 2 sets worth of hand towels left. Finally a dry day to do some gardening here in sunny North Wales. 1.5 acres mowed and levelling and seeding of old box hedge beds (still more to remove!)
