At some festival workshop long ago i fermented some veggies. 2018 it was. Only years later i opened it and it tasted nice. Now i found it somewhere in the back of the fridge with some added years sinds the last tast, openend it, still smells good. I wrote the date on it back then with some nice words, too add some Dr Emoto knowledge to the equation. Am tempted to try it. Curious to know what some experts on the matter think about this? How long can you keep food fermented. I don't wanna use ai or some search engine for an answer. #homesteading #permaculture #fermentation
