Eating only fruit up until midday is a metabolism & digestion hack.
Why?
1. Fruit (sugars) in the morning match the bodyβs natural cortisol rhythm which makes the body handle carbs better.
2. Fruit is full of nutrients, polyphenols, and enzymes that boost metabolism and lower inflammation.
3. Majority of fruit is 70-90% water so youβll be super hydrated.
