I endeavour to help migrate pro 2A people and UFO enthusiasts from X over to NOSTR. The question is, what's the best way to organize a community via NOSTR that isn't a hashtag? hashtags obviously are easily co-opted.

Actually pretty impressive that I haven't seen anything horrific come across global NOSTR relays so far. This protocol is gonna take over.
