Like most of you, I have a 9-5 job in the fiat mines, because I didn’t load up on #bitcoin in 2013 when I heard about it. I’ve been in IT support for about 20 years. Today, I’m the telecom manager for a global enterprise. MacBook Air problem in terminal. Running Ventura 13.0.1 Problem - I seem to have lost sudo rights. I can’t even run “sudo whoami” Error: "sudo: unable to initialize PAM: No such file or directory” The inter webs have a few suggestions, but I haven’t figured it out yet. Any help would be appreciated. Useless jokes snarky comments will be acknowledged only if they are funny. Ultimate goal is to have my start9 Embassy fully functional the way I want it. So sad to see the lightning bolt missing from our notes. I like how there’s an empty space where it used to be. Damn Apple updated my app without my consensus. I might have to go back to an android. I noticed there’s a slight change to the other icons too.

This is interesting to me. Past (already verified and executed) transactions match perfectly (as expected) between my node (top) and mempool.space (bottom). Future blocks (groups of transactions) do not match. A demonstration of the power of decentralized computing and the genius architecture. I have so much to learn.

Dumb question. My sons flight left EARLY. His bags were on the plane and the plane left while he was in the TSA line. The flight departed about 20 minutes early. My son rented a car and is driving 12hrs home. Two questions: 1) Isn’t this a so-called security violation to take bags and not the passenger? 2) Can we get the airline to reimburse the cost of the rental and gas? He was traveling with 4 other people. They all were left behind. We confirmed with the airline that the bags were on the flight.
