Journal Entry 2025/11/19 Spoke to a health enthusiast who recently joined cross fit & spoke with such passion about it. Her club has a motto “That routine is the enemy”. It inspired me 🫶 I decided to do my daily walk on a different treadmill in the gym. Small steps count.
