Crazy story in Sweden: The Tax Authorities taxed a person 125% of his income for a certain tax year with a huge capital gains event. After years in court the person wins, and the Tax Authorities lose. The court says they need to repay the money with interest. The Tax Authorities refuses, and in contempt of court the Encorfement Authorities have now started a process against the Tax Authorities to get the money back to the rightful owner. They might even do seizure of assets, whatever that means in a case like this.
