This morning on my way out to I saw a rainbow, and on the way back, an Alpine glow with incredibly vibrant colors. In between, I met the enchanting @Tanja at Lake Constance. It's amazing to meet a fellow Nostr & Bitcoin enthusiast!🧡

I am sitting here in this chapel, watching the last sunrays stream through the windows, and I am thankful that my windows held strong against the burglars the night before last. Faith provides stability too. Faith is a gift not everybody has. But always given, when you ask for it.

This morning, two tourists approached me in the church and asked: "Excuse me, could you tell us what festival is being celebrated in front of the church today?" I replied, "Funeral." They looked momentarily flustered and mumbled, "Oh, we're sorry," though there was truly nothing to apologize for. In the afternoon, a walk. The mountains seem especially close today. And once again, Thomas Mann comes to mind. My mother's flowers are particularly beautiful again this year. #home
