Proof of Joy is the spiritual version of Proof of Work. My favorite quote from Abraham Hicks is: "The basis of life is freedom. The purpose of life is joy. The result of life is expansion." This sums up life perfectly and succinctly. We're here to have joy. Not to struggle. Not to learn lessons. Not because it's a school. Not to be tested. Not to please some God or human. We can do that. And some of us may even find joy in that. But that's not the sole purpose. We are all Gods. And we are all here with infinite freedom and power to create and experience our own versions of joy in the way that we want. We live in an expansion-based universe that gives us more of what we put energy on. The more we focus on what we want the more of it we get. The more we focus on what we don't want the more of that we get too. The universe doesn't take sides. It's all energy. And it responds and magnetizes around our focus. It feels good to have joy and the better we feel the more momentum we build towards the things we want. And the more momentum towards the things we want the more that momentum grows and brings in new connections and people who also share a similar focus. It snowballs on itself and grows at an increasing rate. Most importantly, how we feel is a choice. It's something we all have complete power over at anytime no matter the external conditions or people involved. We can choose to feel good in any moment and in any situation. It may be challenging and hard to accept in certain situations, but no person or thing can determine how we choose to feel at any moment. So with this understanding I propose that Proof of Joy is the spiritual version of Proof of Work. Beyond #Bitcoin and work exists an even more foundational and elegant reality: Proof of Joy. That is, the ability to live in the present moment of now in peace, harmony and joy with an appreciation for what is and an eagerness for what is to come.
