For those of us interested in biohacking, health, and longevity
AI is the most breathtaking innovation
- stool
- bloods
- DNA
- heavy metals
- nutrition
- exercise
Upload all your information to @Maple AI so you know your data isn’t being stolen
Then watch the results
A bespoke, and detailed, diet, exercise, and supplement plan
What I like the most?
It explains what most practitioners don’t have time for “the why”
- Why a supplement is useful for DNA result 1
- Why a type of exercise is better for DNA result 2
- Why a certain food is better for DNA result 3
This is DEFLATION
Technology getting faster, cheaper, and stronger
It’s hard to see most of the time, cost of groceries, house prices, your favourite shoe brand, air travel, always up, up, and up
Could it really be that prices are going down forever?
Then you get a brilliant example like this
A material change to daily life
My aim:
- perform physically in the top 10% of men my age
- live to 100
Now I can pump that into an AI and far more efficiently and effectively incorporate what’s needed
Is there a better investment than your health?
One things for sure, taking annual health advice costs from 10k to a 1k subscription is a 10x shift
Whilst I am going to guess the results might well be a 10x uptick
So to all the bearish Bitcoin price action folks
I am looking at you @The Bulgarian Pork Whistle
Has your access to quality health advice got 10x cheaper?
Maybe there’s value out there you’re not including in your calcs…
Cheers to 2026
And hammering the health vibes
I need to lose 10/15kg… something I’ve never done before

Since October, I’ve been experimenting with RSS and Nostr only, as a way to publish the podcast
It’s been awesome
But I’ve got this niggling feeling that by not posting anything on YT and X etc
I am missing a trick
So I am considering a refreshed hybrid approach:
- RSS - core publishing method - gets 1x full ep
- Nostr - core publishing and promotion - gets 1x full ep, 1x clip, 1x segment, and my active engagement with the community
- X & YT - secondary publishing and promotion - gets 1x full ep, 1x clip, 1x segment
- IG & TikTok - secondary publishing and promotion - gets 1x clip per week
Think of it like this:
- X, YouTube et al = Market Street (high visibility, lots of people, and policed)
- Nostr = Underground Network (niche, trusted, and totally uncensored)
I could have an outro on each ep explaining that we’re a Nostr-first podcast, and to head there where I speak freely
Key metrics to follow:
- RSS downloads
- Nostr follows and views
Can I drive traffic to these using the status quo?
🤔
Ask yourself:
- do you think the digitalisation trend will continue?
- do you think the monetary inflation globally will continue?
- are more people going to be keen on a sound money?
Then ask:
- what does the world look like in 5, 10, 15 years?
So:
- how do you structure a investment portfolio around that?
Would you:
- keep in cash? (0% interest)
- hold government debt? (4% interest)
- buy equities? (most are debt zombies)
Consider:
- real inflation
- counter-party
- volatility
- liquidity
Result:
- Bitcoin looks incredibly appealing
Bet:
- more people will realise this

A morning dog walk in Australia is very hard to beat as a start of the day
Bare feet
Sun warming up
No wind at all
Slightly sweaty, properly grounded, frustrations washed away, ready to take home whatever the day has in store

When I wake up Bitcoin is going to be at 100k usd
Let’s manifest this whilst asleep

Up late producing the podcast
On the one hand: I could get someone to do this for me
On the other: it does make me review the work I've done
Going to review in a few weeks what's best for me
Applying Daoism - Scott Dedels (JWP112)
npub1eawxwqldulz8rn80jug6n63seyn8pwelm9mmu7rdt622lfj7am9qgem0rx
In this episode I spoke with Scott Dedels—author of The Dao of Bitcoin and founder of Block Rewards—who's delved deep into how Daoist thinking can smooth the roller‑coaster that is life. He recounts how a basketball coach’s gift, The Tao of the Jump Shot, sparked a lifelong study of Daoism, which later merged with his work in the corporate world, and his discovery of Bitcoin as a tool to reclaim “time” from inflationary, attention‑draining systems. By practicing the Daoist middle‑path—doing enough without over‑forcing—Scott helped to teach me how to stay calm amid price swings, avoid the trap of endless consumption, and focus on what truly matters. He also explains Block Rewards, a B2B SaaS business that he's building, and a company with huge potential.
0:17 Scott on his second Bitcoin book and Block Rewards
