This is a traditional #tamil dish named Adai
Though it looks like Dosa, it is made of pulses instead of rice. Just one piece can fill your stomach for the dinner.
This is typically served with a side of Avial - vegetables boiled in a coconut/curd based gravy
The one in the small cup by the side is the most special of all - it is called "Then paagu", melted jaggery mixed with honey. I ate this side-dish after some 20 years today.
